📦 Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Within Telangana & Andhra Pradesh: 5–7 working days.
• Rest of India: 7–10 working days.
• Remote/NE regions: up to 14 working days.

(Delays due to natural calamities, courier strikes, or force majeure events are beyond our control.)

3. Shipping Partners

We use trusted logistics providers such as India Post, DTDC, BlueDart, and Delhivery. Tracking details are shared by email/SMS once dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and delivery method.

Promotional “free shipping” offers will be clearly indicated on eligible products.

5. International Shipping

Currently, shipments are restricted to India only. For special requests, contact [email protected].

6. Delivery Issues

• If your parcel is delayed or lost, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery.
• Damaged packages must be reported immediately with photos before opening.

7. Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is correct. Sajeeva Vahini Trust is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
