1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped.

2. Returns and Replacements

Accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order ID.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Event/training tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Digital downloads and event/training tickets cannot be returned.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
